Artichoke, the Roman way

Preparation

Clean the artichoke as demonstrated. Prepare a paste putting all the ingredient together. Stuff the artichoke with a clove of garlic and push it to the bottom than fill with the paste you prepared. In a pot add the artichoke and fill with the oil until you cover the bottom, add the wine and the water and cook with a lead on top on a gentle flame for about 40 minutes .

• Artichokes 4
• Anchovies fillets 2
• Fresh meant
• garlic
• Toasted bread crumbs 3 ounces
• Salt
• White vine half glass
• Pecorino cheese 0.70 ounces
• Extra vergin olive oil
• Water
• Black pepper
